Dr Anthea - ah who needs to learn things... just google it!

Monster has spent the night in the hospital again with chest problems,
after spending around three hours in A&E - the special children's bit... - on air and nebuliser -
they finally sent us up to the ward at 8.45pm then wondering why he was so irritable.... his bed time is 7! he's 4 years old of course he was irritable at 9!

*deep breath*

any way, the ward nurse was a very nice man called John Paul... monster was the only one in his room but there is room for three more and he was a bit perkier once daddy arrived with his teddy dinosaurs (he wont sleep without them) and some much needed hugs

now we get to the point that is actually really annoying me this morning.
people who believe there is a link between milk consumption and Asthma which i would like to remind them although likely at this point the NHS do not like to officially say a child has till they are five. not due to any sort of incompetence I have found the service wonderful and friendly.
now I'm pretty sure that if there was an actual link between milk and Asthma we would have been told about it. they wouldn't recomend children drink milk if it meant you couldn't breathe. the NHS are not in the business of making people more ill so they have to keep coming, your doctor is quite happy not to have to see you every month or more regularly.

see... I did my research i didn't suddenly say oh look here is an old wives tail that says this so it must be true.
smiley - grr

*off to make myself breakfast*

I also have a midwives appointment today and a glucose tolerance test on Thursday. Once monster is home and this week is finished i will be a little happier.

smiley - doctor Anthea

smiley - monster is home and very bouncy this morning (the effect of the meds apparently)

umbrella bump is growing well and is very wiggly (to the extent that sometimes you can see it)

he's got a birthday party to go to tomorrow though he might not stay for the full time.

smiley - monster has been helping us with the shopping today so we have a few items we might not have come home with otherwise, including some Austrian smoked cheese, an octanaughts toy, some lemonaid... smiley - laugh
and a big pizza for dinner tonight because they looked yummy.
