I do not like going to the dentist
I could understand if my teeth were bothering me but its a normal check up
now I know you need the check ups to stop your teeth possibly bothering you in the future
but I can't stand someone putting there hand near my mouth
I wouldn't have made the appointment at all it was my mother in law who made it, likes to make sure we've all got healthy teeth
and I know the Scots have traditionally got bad teeth anyway so I should get them checked so I don't become a stereotype but I just don't like dentists... 
and I don't want to be a big girl and do the right thing,

no, I've never really had teeth problems appart from a filling or two

should go in eating a toffee and drinking lemonaid
but thats me sorted for another six months
I think i was in and out again in five minutes
took me longer to get to the dentists office,
they could at least have let me stay till i warmed up a bit

It's all bollocks anyway, dentists. It's like taking a car to a garage. They never say "that's fine, please don't pay me extra money to do X,Y and Z."

oh I got told my teeth are ok but to spend longer brushing my lower front teeth,
no extra procedures no unnecessary polishing just in and out in five minutes, probably because I have free nhs cover at the moment
I would be fine going to the dentist if my teeth were causing pain but when it's just a check it seems a bit pointless
