h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

ok so its been a little while
I'm working on some pictures for the guide
and thinking about writing another guide entry on Chaucer
wile decorating the bathroom
you may wonder what's brought on this sudden spasm of work
well the answer is that I'm meant to be doing my dissertation
and well it got put off a bit
Ephriam now can answer yes and no to questions
and knows what each answer actually means
its sweet, cheeky and annoying all at once
I havnt been up home yet this year
and that's really annoying me its like Scotland withdrawal symptoms
you start singing nationalist songs and drunken Irish
ballads before you go to bed in the evening no drinks needed
I found myself getting really annoyed at the end of the proms because the version of auld langs syne they sing uses English words rather than the Scots version
but my main reason for writing this is to say that I'm going to London for the weekend
we're going to the Victoria Albert museum as there having some sort of talk on ceramics and taking a look through the Tate Britain not the modern post modernist art really rubs me the wrong way
and I'm really exited about it all
ah you can tell I'm a country lass
as soon as I get there I'll want to come home again
might take a trip to the Kew gardens while were down there and we hope to manage to squeeze in a show too

You forgot to mention that your feet would get beaten to death and complain at me for dragging you around the city

just make sure nodnol know you've been there, don't forget, we Northerners have a reputation to keep

my feet are still aching
but we're back at the university now
it looks like this year will be a lot of fun!

as long as I get to complain about all the southerners on the course, the only one not from the south besides me and the doctor is a guy from Newcastle upon thyme and a woman from Preston who doesn't know much about the north
