Dr Anthea - ah who needs to learn things... just google it!

now before those people who have actually seen me think i have gone insane
I must explain that I do NOT want to loose weight no, I have been advised by the nurse to put some more on
yes despite the latest apparent trend in overweight people I need to put more on
yes at the height of 5 foot and 10 inches
the good doctor is only 8.5 stone
so as you see I need to put more on

and try to get fit... this is going to be hard

muscle weighs more than fat.

Eat THREE...yes that's actually THREE...meals a day.

Eat when you are hungry...dont wait until youre REALLY hungry because then you will eat a little and feel full...which is not good.

Eat cheese, good meat, bread...

And lift weights! Weight bearing exercise makes strong bones, too!

If I were you I wouldn't worry. Do what you want. Ignore your weight. Be yourself, and in being yourself, eat what and when you, yourself wants to.

Cat-Eyes: No..... why.... ?

So, while I go find a conversion to figure out how tall you are and how much you weigh, go for a run. Increases cardio-vascular fitness, which is incrediably important, and I had to do an assignment on it once and it sucked. (The topic, not... well actually, yeah, my assignment kinda sucked too. It was for PE!)

Don't listen to Dani Anth, if you want to join the Navy you must look after yourself my advice is to see a dietician, Scan's advice is good, go to the gym and pump some iron

Anthea *hates* running. This' the girl who threw a party when she finished 4th year and got into 5th and PE wasn't compulsory.

Actually,I'll probably do the same. But I like dodgeball(which is all we do now)and I like running, except when my asthma's playing up - which it does every year straight after my birthday,so I'm really chesty(ie.wheezy) and ill for Christmas Day,which then goes away on Boxing Day - I wake up,I'm only a little chesty.

Somebody up there doesn't like me.

Well Im sure none of us would pick you last. Besides...I dont think nursing includes many team sports...

Pass the dressing
Crutch races
Obstacle bed courses....
