How were the holidays? And how's your mom?

Yeah my mums outta hospital now. I ain't seen her since xmas eve tho. Now It's Ross who ain't so good. On Sunday nite/early hours of monday mornin he was walkin home after havin a drink & he seen 2 men who had dragged a woman outta her car & where dragging her in2 a dark ally, so he ran to help her, but one of the guys had a pole or sumthin & he got knocked unconcious....I dunno how long 4 but he cant reme,ber anything from 1am onwards, he never got home til 4.30am. The girl got away tho, thats all he remembers. he came back with his face covered in blood, 2b honest i dunno how he managed 2 get home coz he could hardly stand or keep his eyes open. I took him 2 the hospital the sed he has severe concussion & bad inflamation of the brain. We've been staying at his mums since. He's alot better than he was but still cuncust. We're goin back home 2moro. I have Kasha with me but i'm really missing my cat n hammy. I left 3 full bowls & the dogs big bowl of water out 4 her tho, so she should be ok. Well that's my news, howz ur new year been?? anythin interestin goin on?

Jeez, that's awful about Ross! Hope he keeps getting better! Glad mom's better too!

Holidays were ok here, had a good trip back to KS. Got to see lots of friends and family.

The wrrist is the big deal right now, the therapist told me today to talk to the doc about surgery

Thanx hun, thats much appreciated. Sorry 2 hear 'bout the wrist sitch, so are u gonna go 4 the surgery? will it cure it or just pospone the inevitable?? xx

The surgery's my last option. No telling if it will allow me to shoot again, but hopefully it'll reduce pain and allow me some use of my hand.

That's good tho, at least there's a chance of getting ur life back 2 normal... well eventually, but it may take a while 4 u 2 feel the full benefit of the op. but i really hope it goes well 4 u hun... xx

Don't know why I'm stressing out so bad tonight, it's not like this is some big surprise. Just hearing the therapist made it real, I guess.

It's totally understandible hunni, if u weren't worried then that would just be plain weird. but u just gotta try n relax, i know easier said than done, but u don't wanna make urself ill with worry, trust me, i suffer from anxiety & depression. When u find yourself thinkin about it, try n do sumthin 2 take ur mind off it...eg fone a friend, come on here, take the dogs out etc.... it won't stop u worrying but it will take ur mind off of it, even if it's just 4 a wee while..... xx

That's sound advice, I know. Both dogs keep checking on me, they know I'm upset.

They will, coz they're ur wee babies & they'll sence the uneasy atmosphere. Kasha wouldn't leave Ross's side the other night there.

yeah, i've been fighting with h2g2 all nite. keeps tryin 2 crash on me. bloody thing...lol... neway, i'm gonna make like a banana & split hun. gotta get ross 2 his bed as he's crashed out on the couch. I dunno when i'll be on again, but i'll send u an email hun... U takecare, take it easy, chill out & relax... everythins gonna be fine hun....
