Well, I got such a wonderful response from the last one I thought I'd try my hand at a different topic. Pick those nits away, reviewers!

One rather large and gruesome nit. Unfortunately, articles for the Edited Guide must be in the third person. This sentence bollixes it up for the rest of the article: 'Well, I'll tell you who Brian Dewan is.'
The rest of the problems are minor - there needs to be a bit more biographical information about Brian Dewan - where was he born, etc. When editing this in Guide ML, put an extra after your paragraphs - it'll make the space between headers more comfy.

Or you could just put a and tag around each of the paragraphs. This would also make it more nicely spaced out.
Do let us know when you've made the changes.

There is only one thing worse than being Gosho, and that is not being Gosho Posted Dec 4, 2002
Nothing on h2g2 from the author since his last posting in this thread
I think a move to the FM might be a good idea

With the editing out of the first person reference, this article would be ready to go... I hate to send it to the bin if it's a little thing like that.

True, there's only one first person reference, but the entry isn't exactly balanced, and I'm not sure that Ramsey has made any changes to it since it was submitted.
I was a little previous in suggesting a move anyway - there's another week or two before the two month anniversary of the author's last posting, so let's leave it alone until then and see if he returns

It is in GuideML now but the single 1st person sentence is still there. Balance - I can't tell.

What's up, Doc!
Just wanted to mention that I'm not a researcher for this article. (I'm listed in the entry)

Cool. My name is no longer in the author list, but it's still in my list of entries I've created on my home page, which just ain't right. If an official text-tweaker could fix that for me, I'd much appreciate it.

Can't help with the technical stuff I'm afraid.
But if you'd just like to apply your scout badge here ...
