We don't have arguments.He sulks and I play 20 questions..and then my jaw drops and my eyes are raised to the heavens at the banality of the complaint.
I just try and remember he has a really shit job that he hates..and how he would love to retire.
and I find myself in the doghouse from time to time.
Not really complaining, just saying.

This looks like the right place..... I am in S-O-O-O much trouble! Nobody told me the hatchback wasn't shut properly - and now I've lost the dog!
The Doghouse seems an appropriate place to be, so perhaps I'll just curl up in that corner until the search party comes back.

Phew! Yes, got the dog back. She was brought back by some children who had befriended her and read her dog tag. She was chipped anyway, but I was more worried about her getting in to traffic and being run over.
Not sure I have been forgiven yet, though, so may stay here a little longer.
