A Conversation for Frisbees

The Frisbee in India

Anyone travelling to this wonderful country may like to try creating a frisbee out of a Chapati - fresh ones are best but paradoxically, also the nisest - so think before you throw.
Also, if you're in Goa, mind out for continental guys in thongs hurling their discs all day on the beach. Try and bounce it as they do off the sand - fail miserably and look like a fool.

If your going to India please please stay away from the hell that has become Goa. As the local boys in blue are so fond of telling you "Goa not India".
Just stay away from Chopora. The travellers and Indians tell stories of tourist going missing all the time. I nearly suffered the same fate. The police don't give a damn as long as they get their backsheesh.
I had to have some work done on my bike and in the process of hiring another for the day was stabbed in the back with a screwdriver & My girlfriend had a rock smashed against her head. We were luck to escape, nobody offered to help they just all stood there watching us. THANKS GUYS.
WHY???? I wish I knew. Maybe my own bad KARMA 'man'

Just stay away from the hole that is Chopora.

If you must go and you want a real chilled place try Mandrim just outside Arambol. The beach ain't Thailand but its as good as it gets in Goa.

I still love India and I save every day for the day that I can leave pantsland UK to get back, But as the song goes 'I ain'nt gonna go 2 Goa'

peace and love 'man' jAY.

Were you wearing a thong? If so, then you were lucky to get away with just a screwdriver.

I did go to Arambol and didn't want to leave - pretty nice wasn't it?

You like my shop? You buy now.

If you're in India you really should visit Panchgani, which is one of the most beautiful towns in Western India. It's in the hills about 150 kilometers from Bombay (give or take). I live there and would love to show you around. Especially if you play frizbee -- i can't find anyone who likes to play frizbee and it's not really the kind of thing you can do alone smiley - sadface
