Frisbees

Commonly used as recreational items, frisbees are disc-shaped objects about the size of a dinner plate, typically made from flexible plastic.
When thrown correctly, the frisbee will sail gracefully through the air for anything up to two minutes before someone (with a bit of luck) catches it. Impromptu frisbees can also be fashioned from dinner plates, table mats (if they're circular; the rectangular ones do work, but at a very limited range) and the hubcaps from cars (although these are less fun to catch).
Frisbees are also highly dynamic objects in themselves, and can be put to a number of uses outside the playing field. These include dinner plates, table mats and hubcaps for smaller wheeled vehicles.
Additionally, they can be turned into a 'money spinner' provided you have a cliff edge, a video camera and a dog.
