I remember a bachelor house share where we had to use a frisbee to hold down clothes in one of those 1970s-style spin dryers, because Dave the Alkie had left the original plastic whatyoumaycallit on top of the grill. This was actually more fun than throwing it around.

People seem to have missed out a very improtant alternative use!
One full-size competition frisbee holds 3 pints of beer! (or other liquid I presume)
Hence the term "getting frisbee-ed"
