Thanks Feisor, I'll look at those links 
As to how I became an ACE I have no idea (they trust me!!!! 
), I just asked to be considered when they were next chosing ACE's and the powers that be made me one.... But who am I to complain about the powers that be ... still its been something I've wanted to be for ages (since an ACE first greeted me here) so I'm now really happy etc.
