At my grandfather's funeral, I was in complete emotional control until I saw my mother, aunt, uncle and grandmother bawling. Then I lost it. Couldn't stand to see them suffer.

I managed not to cry at my grandma's funeral. My mother nearly did, but I think we didn't cry for each others' sake.

I can empathise with that.
At my granddad's funeral about 8 years ago, I'd just managed to get myself under control when I saw my cousin crying, and that set me off again.
