This article lists a potentially lethal dose as 1200 micrograms, this is not the case. The LD50 for LSD is much higher than that, in fact it has not yet been ascertained at what point lsd becomes lethal to humans. 1200 micrograms is in fact merely the point at which your trip cannot get any more intense than it currently is and all additional acid will do is elongate the experience.
