h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

"Pure wisdom, this entry", are the words that came up in my mind as a first impression.
It is indeed very violently to overyell your own bad feelings; it creates new depressions.
When my emotions are black, I dagame myself by only acting and saying as if they're not black. I'd get that Buddah-like behaviour while subcutaneous there is a smouldering fire of anger and blackness.

But - for me and tó me - it would be just as violently to speak of "being proud" of my black emotions.
I don't feel ány need to "be proud".
Because over-reacting doesn't help me any further.

Realising, understanding, searching, exploring, fighting and accepting does.
Even "defending" can be very necessary against positive-thinking sectarians, who simply overyell their own despair like having a manic depression. Theirs is a dead end street.
Although, I'd rather speak of "protecting" myself than "defending".
My own journey is the most important for me and those who take the same direction; I'll join them.
Others, who yell that paradise is in places where you can yell louder than your own inner-self, I ignore as much as possible.
So my writing here is not meant for the yelling people,
but it is meant to support my travelling companions.
