To whom it may concern.
After nearly 12 months of not doing very much, www.psychochicken.com is back and kicking bottom - there's some new piccies on there (Goodbye Tufty and The Ascent of Gill), two new trips (Chicago, and New Zealand parts 1-3 - more to follow on that) and some dodgy music stuff.
Alternatively, you could carry on as you were and forget I spoke.... tra la la....

Wow, "Rocket Man" is one of my faves too! I recently played "Honky Chateau" again myself. I think I told you a long time ago that we like to have '70s vinyl night at our house. I was able to show my husband that there's a lot more to Led Zeppelin than boring old "Stairway to Heaven." He loves the Zep now.

Not sure I'd describe 'Stairway' as 'boring old' but there's definately more to Zep than the cliched hits.
As I remember you were asking about my New Zealand trip, well the first week's fully documented up there - complete with pretty pictures. Hope you like.

Great! I will look.
I call "Stairway" boring and old only because "classic rock" stations in the U.S. play it about every hour, and rarely play any other Zep pieces. That's why it's the only one my husband had ever heard.

I actually always liked 'Misty Mountain Hop' off LZ4 (or 'untitled' or whatever ) most, although there are times when only Stairway will do......
Besides, LZ2 is the best Zeppelin album by far!

"Misty Mountain Hop" is great. I've had fun pointing out to my husband, as part of his Zep education, how many Tolkien references there are in Zep lyrics.
Some of my favorite Zep songs are off "Physical Graffiti": "The Wanton Song," "Kashmir."

I read through the New Zealand adventure on a slow office afternoon. I can see why you loved it there! I also took in some of your Chicago piece.,Hey, I'm in there! Kewl.
