Well, as to the first point yes. But I was younger then.
As to the second point-all I can say is, it probably wouldn't need a lot of stitching.

Ah! Sarah Greene and Caron Keating, the only reasons I ever used to watch Blue Peter at all, they wakened me up to what girlies were meant to be, and made me wonder what you were supposed to do with them
