I never actually had one, being from a single parent family and four boys, luxuries like a BMX were out of the question.
I cannot begin to describe the excitement (and slight jealousy) upon first seeing my friends new Raleigh 'Ultra Burner' with mag wheels. I remember gripping the 'mushroom grip' handlebars and wondering if I would ever own such a beauty. I never did..
