A Conversation for How To Make A Hammock

At first I was a bit surprised to find a guide on how to make a hammock - but reading it I realized that the English word 'hammock' is not at all the same kind of thing as the Swedish word 'hammock'...
...the thing described here we would call a 'hanging carpet' - now I just need to find a dictionary to find out the English word for the Swedish 'hammock'...

Won't it be nice when that 'automatic subscribe' feature comes in?! I don't think I even knew this was approved!
My hammock is still going strong - I'm quite seriously the envy of all my friends when we go hiking!
Titania - I think the word you're after could be tapestry?
Cheers!

Eh - no... the Swedish 'hammock' is - uh - a hanging swinging sofa, often with a canvas roof on top... does that make any sense? A bit difficult to describe...
