Think it was so named the horseradish cause horses uused to eat it smiley - huhsmiley - erm well I pressume* it is (the thing that grows in the ground and which is turned into horseraddish sauce) is called a horseraddish whilst in its unadulterated vetgetable state smiley - huhsmiley - erm hang on...
