I have had a bout of bike maintenance recently for both my Bandit and my sisters GS125, and I have saved a fortune through looking on Ebay first. For example...
Bandit chain and sprocket. RRP £130, Ebay price £72 inc postage.
GS125 battery. RRP £20+, Ebay price £10. No postage as local collection.
Bandit tyres. RRP £150, Ebay price £115 inc delivery.
Bandit indicators. £5 (handy as I keep smashing the orignals on my gatepost)
Well worth a look if you are needing spares and you know exactly what you are after.

This e-shopping mallarky does have it's benefits
No matter what you are after( unless it's fresh produce or something like that) it can normally be found cheaper than in the shops.
It goes without saying that you have to know what you are ordering otherwise you end up with stuff you don't want and often it's not worth sending back (been there)
