Spark Plugs

Just been servicing the bike (and decided to post this instead of bleeding the brakes!) and changed the plugs (Who knew Halfords did bike spares, and at competitive prices, also got a battery there).
#4 spark plug has come out with an oily thread. The electrodes and spark plug tip are fine - the proper dull tanish type colout with no real erosion of either. But the thread is sticky black oily.
I think it is all fine, probably just the plug not being threaded in properly (ie loose, it was easier to get out than the others), but thought I'd check just to make sure
All three others are fine (well, old and rusty and needed replacing, but no signs of engine problems).
