I've been trying to get the balance right between making necessary changes and getting enough rest and not quite there yet so bear with me a while if you would

I'm a lot better now, was a chest infection that got so bad (partly because they kept telling me it was just anxiety and sending me home!..will go into that later)that my poor abused lungs couldn't cope and i'm very lucky not to have gotton a lot worse. It broke my heart not to spend xmas and new year with my family, especially Josh and i'm determined to get things sorted now , i've already made some well over due life style changes or at least a big start on them ive had the kick i needed to see myself from others point of view too and felt truly ashamed! I can't find all the words I want to just now...as im getting very confused wheni get tired , but ill try and get back again soon ..
