Tomorrow I am beginning my final attempt to give up smoking. If I can't do it now after the huge health scare I've recently had I never will be able to.

Plase take anything i say not too personally for a while as ican get very grumpy without a cigarette

I saw this title and thought 'oh that must be a 2legs jorunal' then I relaised I am 2legs and that It couldn't be with the quitting

Just had to drop by ,and wish you .I have been trying now for a few weeks,and have an inhilator and patches from the clinic.The nurse has made me pick a date to stop completely....but i keep getting stressed about it!!!!Do keep us posted, please

I had abig old panic attack about quitting today last night and another one this morning ! so im forcing myself down to less than 10 a day for a couple of days then will try again. i think im allergic to something in the patches

I haven't even tried the patches,they're still in the bag from the chemist.The inhilator is fairly good...and you have the bonus of having a "pretend" ciggy in your hand!!All you do is pop in cartridges when you want a smoke,I tried cutting down rather than stopping completely at first.....but they soon went up again when i was stressed....which was more often because i was trying to stop!!!
I shall look forward to reading about your success.....maybe it'll encourage me to try even harder!!!
