was going down a ladder, missed a rung and fell about 4 feet !!
hit the rim of a large tank, bruising my arm and must have landed funny on my ankle,. didn't feel it, till I got home and took of my boot !!

I need to be cured, it's becoming impossible, I need s at night when I'm working, it's difficult as I work in a Military hospital, all those men in uniform
