I keep forgetting how cold it gets in Scotland - I could have done with gloves at least when I was hanging around at railway stations on my journey home. I was at Stirling at 11 am, when they announced a 2 minute silence for Remebrance Day. And my airport bus was re-routed because of the parardes at George Square in Glasgow. But I made it to teh airport with plenty of spare time, and enjoyed lunch at Frankie and Bennys, which has a lovely view of the runway.
It's delightful to be back home, but my legs are aching. I have bad shin plints, particualrly on my right leg, so I'm trying some kinesic tape on it.

The ambient temperature of a large railway station always seems to be about eight degrees lower than in is outdoors!

In the Fall and Winter that's a disadvantage, but in Summer it's great.
