My thoughts exactly! I have still to do this morning's weigh-in: Sundays involve copious cups of tea with the Archers omnibus.

74.4 this morning. Thoughts on going into the final few days are:
Overall it's been easier than I imagined - I made sure I had plenty of things to do each evening to occupy me. But I didn't lose as much weight as I thought I would. I think I'm going to have to look at my portion sizes, cos I eat reasonably healthily.

so it's February.
Will you be having a celebratory ?
I really need to get my backside into gear with respect to weight-loss and fitness. But I'm just too lazy

Well, I did say I'd be having a drink last night! Feels so odd to have a sore head this morning
Weight loss wasn't amazing, so I'm going to look at portion control, and keep up my exercise quotient. Now the weather's better you'll be able to do some running, i guess.

I'm going to the gym at lunchtime, but it isn't enough. Running is still off the cards at the moment - at around zero degrees it hurts my lungs too much.
Portion control is good. And it's Lent soon, even as a non-christian I often give up chocolate and cake for that period. As the weather warms up during Lent running starts again and a pre-Easter diet is usually pretty effective.
Key: Complain about this post
