Two words of context, first :
There's a French "reality" show called Koh Lanta. It's apparently the same as your Survivor.

There's also a brand of chewing gums called Malabar. They come with tattoos.

Three of my friends at work watch that show very regularly.
And these past few weeks, they have had bets going on, on who would be voted off.
Two weeks ago, S. won the bet. She got 2 packs of jelly sweets.
Last week, the prize was two packs of Malabar chewing gum.
F. won.
So this morning, the other two gave him his due.
And he promptly cleared a drawer of his desk, and arranged the gums so it looked like the pictures of drug busts you sometimes see.
Neat rows of little blocks of gum.
Later on in the afternoon, we visited him in his office, and he offered us a gum.
As a joke, I stuck a tattoo on his arm (not long enough that it stayed on, though).
Five minutes later, the little traitor actually tattooed me!
I couldn't believe the cheek of him!
I could be his mother!
(well, maybe not, but you get my point).
I have warned him, though.
He won't know when, he won't know where.
But I'll get my revenge, and it'll be terrible.
And eaten cold.
In a few weeks, or months, when he's least expecting it, when he's forgotten all about today... I'll be there, tattoo in hand.
