I had sat the written part of a competitive exam in March, for an admin job at the national statistics institute.
Then i went to the orals last month.
A week or so later, i knew i had passed.
I was still waiting to know where i'd be working.
And i got the letter yesterday: it'll be Reims!

Steady there, SF! The Pickert (a potato pancake with raisins in it)is the national dish in my county! You can eat it with butter (lots of butter) liverwurst, or strawberry jam - or you can use the same dough to bake bread that might even taste nice with .
