Umm... A fish?
Alien Started conversation Mar 4, 2000
I already posted one message about the missing fishies... But I guess my own fish-request should be in a different message... Or maybe not... Anyway, what is this fish-thing all about? I can just ask for the kind of fish I like and a friendly person will create it for me? And when I have a fish, I can stick it everywhere on my pages? Well, who prevents from trying... But how do I know what kind of fish I can have when I can't see the fishies of others? Anyway, my fish should absolutely be red. And... Well, I don't know what else I could ask for... Except that it's different from the other fishies... Perhaps I'll just post this now and see if anything happens...

Why yes, you just ask and if I manage to find the message, I'll make it one for you. . You can post it anywhere on the web as long as Geocities will keep it up this time (that's what happened with the missing fish). If you want to see samples of these fish, there is a page at the bottom of my user page entitles "Fish Claim?" Where some fish can be seen flaoting around at times. . I can do a red fish with that cute little buggedy - eyed alien face, if you'd like. But not tonight, as it's very late and I've just gotten home from work and am awful tired. I hereby devote at least one hour tomorrow to catching up on fish work.
And, just for further information because I'm in that floaty, productive mood; the fishes began with (obviously) the importance they have in the Douglas Adams Trilogy. We had our yellow rugby ball fish : , but being the creative and individualistic community we are known to be, I (with some help from others, no doubt) decided to create CUSTON fish, to give a quick sum of the internet personality whose page the fish adorns. Thus my fish and Madmunk's twin fish were born. It spread like wildfire from there. . The End.

Well, you have excellent timing. I just got up and am doing it now. I'll stick the URL in here in a second...

Well, it seems I won't get my fish until tomorrow since I now have to disappear... But thanks again!

If you're making new fish, does that mean that older, disappeared fish still exist and can be used? I miss my John Lennon fish

Never mind, Fenny, I found my fish in the fish claim! I'm very happy you reposted them after the big missing fish fiasco! Thank you!

Can I have a nice Coelacanth type fishie with loads of fins for my page, and can you tell me how to get it on there in simple language! Thanks very much

Well seeing if everyone else wants a fish I'd like one too if thats not too much trouble. Red and Black would be good, but any colour will be just fine.
Does it not annoy you that everyone just asks you for fish?

Not really... . It's fun, and it makes people happy . Besides, it gives me something to do besides what I'm supposed to be doing at any particular time, and that's always good.

Like I'm supposed to be writing a report on carparks at the moment instead of replying to all the messages I wrote yesterday.

I don't suppose you could make a telepathic goldfish as a momento from the filched fish crisis in your spare time, could you? He looks kinda like a dopefish. Only a lot smaller. And yellow.
