At risk of taking this thread back from it's tangent, I've been reading "the Milkshake Boy", Sat, and I loved it. Mysterious, evocative, glorious. i like the fact that we never find out what is wrong with the narrator's face.
It leaves me specualting, thinking, wondering what the stories of the characters are- all things I like from a short sory

Really? Thankyou. Means a lot to me when people actually like my writing, and then take the time to explain why. Helps me work out how to write better.

Trolls don't wear shoes, do they? no use, I guess, living in cyberspace as they do, lurking about and generally being skulky. Shoes are counterproductive. I would think the constant squeaking of a skulking troll would tip people off...

Do trolls skulk or sulk? They don't lurk, otherwise they wouldn't be able to throw the hook and bait into a conversation. In RL when I trolled I was comfortably seated in a small boat. Full of random, useless information, I am. *Gets coat*
