Well.
I now have blonde roots, ginger bits and brown at the end.
Methinks I did something wrong.
I now have to invest in some red hairdye to balance out the harshness of the blonde.
At least it was a learning experience, and I have *interesting* hair now...

Sorry to intrude!!
Please don't put a red dye straight onto your hair!!!!!
The bleach would have made your hair very porous, when you apply the dye it will take but it will wash out very quickly probably leaving you very very very bright orange!!!!
If you can pop out (possibly with a hat...) get a tempory colour sachet, just like 'hint of a tint' in mid shade blonde (avoid ash/blue based blonde and anything with alot of peroxide in)
It should be enough to balance your hair a little, then in a few days you can dye it red. If you bleach your hair again it might end up falling out or being so straw-like you will need to change your name to wurzel gummage.....
Again sorry to barge in and I know you didn't actually ask for any advice, but I thought I would give it anyway!! Good luck!!

Oh, I knew that. It doesn't look so bad. Just a strong blonde and then brown/ginger at the sides. I'm going to leave it how it is for now!
anyway!

Aw, your last post wasn't a thread killer. It was only a few minutes before the posting started again.

How is rain funny?
What do I do? I'm an engineer. I design control systems for large buildings, and estimate the cost of installing those systems. People tend to look at me a lot when they have questions, even though I generally don't know the answer.
