I liked it, especially the part how the practises of con artist ect. transforming into the practises of modern America. Although there are people of reasonable character in high places you just have to look for them. As an Editor you have my vote. The KID.

I meant to post to this the first time.
I like this piece, a lot, but I wonder if it couldn'tt do with a 'concrete' example, i.e. a description of a real gunfight. I seem to recall that the Gunfight at the OK Corral is well documented, and was *nothing8 like it was in the films.

I read it, but writing about it will probably be as long as the whole entry, and won't entirely serve the purpose of the entry.

I like the idea and the flavor of the entry. I to would like to see a little bit about an acutal gun fight. Maybe I'll watch a couple of episodes of Real Tales of the Old West to get some examples. I'm usually up that early trying despratly to fall asleep. (I've worked nights so long, that I can barely sleep unless there's daylight.)

Too bad, I didn't get around to watching it. I've taken to sleeping at night when I'm off, which is unusla for me, so I haven't been seein the program.

It's a little disappointing, because my handle would look smashing up there in the contributing researchers list. Unfortunalty, I don't have much to say on old west gun fights. I have a few things to say about modern ones though.

I have much to say too, having participated - I expect I have a lesser oppinion then you do...
