What the hey?! I love flaky pastry! It's much better than that rock hard tasteless stuff called shortcrust.

Well shortcrust can be nasty too. But the best is still SUETcrust.
(Fattenning but flavourful)

I love them both, but the best crust is Oreo crust.
But only certain things are good in it.
Like a chocolate cream pie. Or just filled with whipped cream.
Or, I know it sounds gross but it's extremely good, but that vanilla-like custard in the middle of Chocolate Eclairs.
Reply with other favorite desserts, si'l vous Plait (french people make excellent dessert! am I right?)

I think: 'that vanilla-like custard in the middle of Chocolate Eclairs' is properly known as 'Confectioners Custard'.
(I love it too.)
