i keep seeing the name in books but i havent got a clue what it is
can anyone tell me?

it's usually along the line of a pasty flan case with chocolate moouse in it with cream piped over the top, like a banananaana cream pie.

i dunno what a bannana cream pie is either. but then, i dont like cream.
i like choc mousse though
but i dont like pastry
perhaps i'll just stick to a bar of chocolate
