In your little paragraph you have a few gramatical errors.
1. After "pages and pages of conversations," you need to put either the word "and" or end the thought with a period, and start the new sentence with "I realize".
2. The "especially" after the triple dots needs to be capitalized.

Okay, if we are going to get nit-picky, the "triple dots" is called an ellipses, and it would be helpful for you to be a little more specific as to the paragraph to which you are referring. Also, the first word following an ellipses isn't necessarily capitalised, depending on the meaning of the sentence.
