The Ghost Of TV's Frink Started conversation Sep 23, 1999
I've been counting, and it has been 7 journal entries since someone has responded. Therefore, the next person to post to this journal entry AND to one of my previous journal entries will win the FRINK JOURNAL RESPONSE AWARD.
The winner receives a shiny new link at the top of my page.....

A link, eh? Hmmm, everybody has their price.
"Yes, Hmm, salient point, Frink. I believe that the lack of response to journals is a basic flaw of mankind, and is linked to the sexual psyche of the human brain..."
Good enough for you?
Oh, yeah, I replied to the mst3k post too.
Oh, I'm so shallow.

It all comes to those who wait
Fleetwood Mac have reformed and Mick Fleetwood says they are 30% better than last time.
I believe, going by a counter I had on my page, people do visit, read things, but don't post anything.

Regarding fleetwood mack: 30% more than nothing is still nothing.

Frink - look! I'm responding to your journal entry (what was it about again?) and I fully realise that I'm not going to win your award (because Lance beat me by, ohhh, five days) . . . is there a bronze medal for coming third? A cardboard medal? Something loosely fashioned out of old chewing gum and a discarded button? Or maybe I'll just bask in the glory of being an underachiever!

Sorry Nat, only one prize per award. But be watching for your next chance to win......
Loony - better grab a raincoat

Loony - no rain out to my west (thought you might like to know!).
Frink - that's ok - I'm more than happy to be the runner-up-runner-up!
PS Would love some feedback on my latest article on beach cricket if anyone's interested: http://www.h2g2.com/A180596
Thanks

Lonnytunes - Winter Is Here Posted Oct 6, 1999
No, Stevie is right up front again. The original 5 members are all back. Kissed and made up apparently.
Live in concert, Auckland NZ, late 70s. Bottle of Jack Daniels, bit of wacky backy. Oh the memories.

They are all now involved with new partners and the bitter sexual infighting is just a memory. Or at least that is what they said on the programme. The McVies are even exchanging food receipes

Sounds like Debbie Harry and Chris Stein. Hey, I thought Stein was dead, but evidently not as he's now on tour - not that this stops Elvis...

Probably about 5 minutes after Andrew Ridgley learns to sing. Or play an instrument. Or something.

Hopefully the next time Simon le Bon goes sailing the rescue boats will arrive too late
