my room does that all the time, dont think its ever any different!
my laundry well...
i did it on monday, hung it on a clothes horse in my room put it away yesterday and my room still smells damp, yet my wash basket is full how does that happen?!

Scandrea my condolences on the loss of your uncle 
Also Andrea it does look like you are getting to a stage of possibly having too much on your plate... please take a break if it gets too much for you 
Oh and with parents - a thought or two...
Parents always think your lazy if it does not seem you are up to date on everything... they always seem to forget that at our sort of age we can overload overselves with too much to do and hence minor jobs in comparison fall by the wayside... well that is my story and I am sticking to it 
Hope things improve for you....
