Reasons to get up early to work out
Scandrea Started conversation Oct 11, 2005
1) I feel more awake the rest of the day
2) I have no time any other time of day to work out
3) It will help me get healthy
4) It will get me in shape for field work
5) The Marines ROTC jogs by the front door of my apartment when I go to catch the bus for the gym. Wearing shorts.
Mmmm...

5) It stimulates a growth hormone that streghtens and enlarges the cells - also the brain cells - and fights depression.
I heard in the radio yesterday, the UN Psychiatry Day.

Have you been taking your inhaled steroid to reduce the inflammation? Using reliever is not enough...
I'm sure you know that already, dear, be well soon!

i dont have the steroid one.
i only developed asthma last november and it was only mild and only caused a problem when i got a cold. which usually turned into chest infections.
i was given an inhalor as it helped get rid of the wheezyness.
i havent seen a doctor about it since easter but i think i might have to as it is starting to get worse.

Good plan.
Anyway, I've found a reason to stay for the entire hour- the Navy comes in while I'm there to lift.

Hey, I'm not saying they aren't smart or don't have interesting personalities. I'm just saying that they have nice legs.

You don't wanna tell a jarhead he's a navy boy, they don't like comments like that. They may be a subsidiary branch of the navy but they don't always get on too well

Especially ones that have a trade, even Ground Pounders need brains, there are some very nice Doctors around and male nurses around even ordinary and senior Ratings too
