Well, thats purely a matter of opinion i guess!
I worked around lots of different places and got a lot of good experience very fast. Ended up a head chef of a place in Switzerland. Not bad for 6 years flipping eggs!!!!
So wahts your fave food? I have a lot of good recipes from Thai to Lancashire hotpot to a really good brandy sour!!!!
