We are sorry that this messageboard was unavailable for much of yesterday. This was due to a serious fault with the DNA database. Hardware faults on this scale happen rarely and are beyond our direct control. Our engineers identified the problem straight away, but unfortunately a 'quick fix' wasn't possible.
Although the service is now restored, the process of restoring DNA means that any data entered after 11.15am BST yesterday will have been lost. This represents about 30 minutes of activity.
All Personal Spaces and Conversation forums should now be working as usual. We apologise for the inconvenience.
