The H2G2 Editors Started conversation Jun 2, 2006
We've always tried to encourage users to direct any queries to the h2g2 central email addresses, but from today we are no longer able to reply to emails sent to our personal email addresses.
Therefore, all emails should be addressed to one of the general addresses:
h2g2.Feedback
h2g2.Support
h2g2.Editorial
...all of which have the suffix AT bbc DOT co DOT uk.
This not only means that messages can be seen by all staff (which means they will always be seen as soon as possible) but also that our personal inboxes are not open to spamming campaigns.
We thank you for your co-operation.

h2g2Support Posted Jul 18, 2006
As a rough guideline, the email accounts are used as follows:
h2g2.Feedback - moderation issues
h2g2.Support - technical issues, such as account transferral and login problems
h2g2.Editorial - matters pertaining to Edited Entries.
Please also note: Complaints should always go via the complaints system (the link at the bottom of entries or the complaints button on postings). We cannot guarantee a reply to emails that try to bypass the Moderation system.
Most editorial feedback is handled on-site so the 'h2g2.editorial' address should only really be used for comments that might be too sensitive for a public forum.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
