That's not a special circumstance. It's equivalent to a hideously offensive English language posting on a thread no-one is looking at, i.e. not an immediate problem, and one which will be solved immediately if someone sees it and reports it. It's not a circumstance which can be used as an excuse for maintaining language restrictions.

And, personally, I'm glad the Subcom.'s out there, keeping everyone on their toes. There are a number of practices and features of the site which I miss since it went over to the BBC, but I just don't have the energy to mention them as often as may be warranted. smiley - tongueout
