We had a wonderful day.
Faith made out like a bandit.
The fridge is as stuffed as the humans.
I'm 'zausted, as I used to say when my age was a bit closer to Faith's than it is now.

paper turkey tastes wonderful when it goes into paper mouths, and down paper throats to paper stomachs. 
Monday morning, we had a brunch for the staff where I work. A huge assortment of cookies and pepperoni calzones and Irish bread, and brownies and banana bread, ad mauseam. Only a tiny percentage of it got eaten. This morning, two heaping plates of leftovers were on the desk in the main office, and they began getting eaten.

It's all good except for the paper-gravy. I find that kinda sticks in the throat.

And well it might! 
A few days later, virtually all the food has been eaten. Only one little cookie remains. Little does it know what monumental odds it has beaten.

If you need more left-overs, the freezer has loads. And I own a laminator, so it ought to travel well, if a bit icky to the taste buds.

My taste buds have been through H*ll and high water these last few days 
. I would give them an extended rest if my stomach wasn't in the habit of protesting when it couldn't ingest the fat of the land...
