Anyway, I have an idea to use the Necromunda rules to play kill team style games. Some of the rules will need changing ('cause it's military not gangs), so I'd like you to download the rulebook and read through the rules.

Just download it free yourself of the GW site. Look on the specialist games : necromunda : necromunda resources.
Also, I have noticed that on one of the sites I've had sitting in my favourites for no particular reason, they sell 1:3000 scale warships (small and cheap).
How does a naval wargame sound to you?
I can't write the rules until I have some models, but I won't buy any models until I have an idea of the amount of interest it would get.
This is of course all on top of the WWII stuff you still need to buy an army for.

No handgunners or cannons.
500pts armies come to around £30 (if highly upgraded, horde armies will be more).
