Thanks for letting me know, I've had a quick look, and its greatly improved, this was my first attempt and GML was a foreign language.

As to adding or changing, I can go on for hours about whisky, so the problem was knowing where to stop. I didn't want the article to be too long.

(All the research for this article was done over several years of hard drinking and shares in all the major distilleries, the article itself was put together over a week of lunchbreaks at work).

How about, adding "If you've any questions at all relating to Scotch Whisky, contact the author", or would that be unnecessary?

Anyway, thanks for your help, it's looking great

Howdy! Couple of things...

GuideML:
Yes, it certainly is a new language. I'm still learning it, too. If you're interested, you should be able to see the GuideML of the current version by going to this URL:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/test602939

Like I said, that *should* work. (Actually, I think you can view the GuideML of any page just by using "test" in place of "A" in the URL.) I'm not saying you have to use all that markup anytime you write an entry, of course. It's my job to know the ins and outs of the language; your job is to have fun, and keep writing great entries!

"How about, adding 'If you've any questions at all relating to Scotch Whisky, contact the author,' or would that be unnecessary?":

Probably the easiest thing would be for anyone with questions to post them at the bottom of the entry when they read it. Make sure, when the entry hits the Front Page (or before then), that you click the bit at the bottom that says "Notify me of new conversations about this entry." Then you'll be subscribed, and any questions posted down there will appear in the conversations list on your personal page. I'll make sure there's a bit at the end encouraging anyone with questions to ask away.

Cheers! smiley - cheers
