You should read the book by PHD. Richard Carlson called "You can be happy no matter what: 5 Principles for keeping life in perspective" it's really good. I just went through a bad breakup, and it really helps. NOt only in lonliness, but in being happy with life. Hope this helps!

* wonders if that Richard Carlson could be any relation to Rachel Carlson who wrote that book The Silent Spring, which was, if memory serves, a book on how to keep the bed from squeaking *
