Yes its very big; lots of people registered, each with conversations on their 'personal spaces', then the 'Ask H2G2, and 'how do i' pages, with loads of conversations....
Plus there is the whole 'guide entrys', covering, well, life the universe and everything! 
take your time explore round see what you find, I've been here ages (can't find the door out), and still find new stuff
