I know a young man who hangs out at an English-style pub in Winnipeg who's on a campaign to make cheers a word of common usage in Canada - he's beginning to succeed. Sure surprises waitresses in restaurants!

How do you make the trademark-sign, Shea. Someone told me to press "alt" and 0153 on the numeric block, but all I get is this:
