What are you wearing right now?/dress up/down

I'm wearing a polo shirt (slightly scruffy), a fleece jacket, jeans and slightly worn out shoes. Luckily I can wear this sort of thing at work. I actually tend to dress up to go out rather than down.
Does that go for anybody else? If you have to dress smart for work do you dress down to go out and vice versa?

I'm at work, wearing a button-down striped dress shirt, grey slacks, black socks and shoes.
Yes, I tend to dress down when not at the office, although I dress pretty much in office attire when I go out for dinner.
I will, on occasion, dress up for a night of dancing and eating or drinking, like St. Patrick's Day!
