Hello Greebo! Coelacanth sent me.
*Elfin opens a small brown cardboard box with a red ribbon on top. Inside is a pretty bug with butterfly type wings all shimmering like a bubble. It has a rainbow coloured body. It is rather shy.*
It is called "Flitterbug"

I'm hesitant to enter my bug, after seeing the competition, but I think he really, really wants to race.
